*  Excavating, at our normal rates, may be required to open pipes to insert  

    above equipment if you do not have a clean-out on your pipe. 

Terms:

• The hydro-jetter equipment does not repair broken pipe or stop future root intrusion.
• Our equipment is capable of puncturing highly deteriorated pipe and orangeburg pipe.
• Permanent repairs may be required.
• If conditions occur that require excavation to make repairs or to retrieve equipment, additional charges will be charged at our standard labor and equipment rates.
• Customer agrees to allow access for equipment retrieval.
• For heavy root cleaning we will need a 4" cleanout access.
• In the event the obstruction cannot be cleared, we have men and equipment to excavate and make repairs.
• Jobs requiring overtime work are subject to a 10% premium charge.
• Payment in full is due at the time the services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
